Thank you for choosing Word Whizz! We’re excited to have you as part of our learning community. Because our products are delivered digitally and provide immediate access to proprietary content, we do not offer returns or refunds.

🧾 Digital Product Policy

All purchases of our online literacy platform are final and non-refundable. Once access is granted, you receive full value of the service, and it cannot be returned.

🚫 No Cancellations After Access

Due to the nature of digital content, cancellations and returns are not accepted once your account has been activated or you’ve accessed any part of the platform.
